1. Raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product through

2. You will receive an approval mail from us within 2-3 working days if the request is accepted.

3. Exchange is available for size exchange only. If at all your desired size is not available request you to place a return request.

4. A pick up would be arranged for the same at no additional charges.

5. Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing is intact when the product is picked up.

6. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. In case of exceptional cases please write to us at info.becoshy@gmail.com.

7. You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.

8. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.

9. Products bought during sale are not eligible for exchange.

10. The exchange process takes between 10 to 15 days. Any additional information will be sent to you via email. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for shipping company pick-up / delivery delays.

11. Once we receive the exchanged product back, it goes through a quality check and later the exchanged order will be processed within 2-3 working days.
